So, who am I?
I’m Melissa—an epidemiologist, public health leader, and lifelong student of how people actually change their lives.
After years of working in science, public health, and evidence-based research, I saw a gap between what we know improves health and what people can realistically sustain. SOOLA was created to bridge that gap.
I focus on practical, science-backed tools for women navigating real life—busy schedules, shifting hormones, and changing priorities—without extremes, shame, or perfectionism. My work blends data, lived experience, and a belief that health should support your life, not consume it.
